Ducati Diavel Owners Manual: Refitting the seat
Make sure all parts are correctly arranged and secured in the underseat compartment. Insert the mounts (4) of the seat base in the projecting parts (5) of the frame, then push the rear end of the seat until you hear the bolt in the lock click into place. Make sure that the seat is firmly secured to the frame and remove the key from the lock.

Checking the fuses
The main fuse box (1) and the secondary one (2) are located in the tool tray;
to reach the fuse box remove the seat as
specified under sect. 5 - 3 "Removal of the seat".

Refitting the rear mudguard
Place the rear mudguard (8) on the swingarm, fitting the screws (9) with
recommended threadlocker.
The screw (9) in the bottom hole of the rear mudguard (8) must be installed with
the washer (r).
Tighten the screws (9) to a torque of 5 nm +/- 10% (sect. 3 - 3, Frame torque
settings).
