Place the rear mudguard (8) on the swingarm, fitting the screws (9) with recommended threadlocker.
The screw (9) in the bottom hole of the rear mudguard (8) must be installed with the washer (r).
Tighten the screws (9) to a torque of 5 nm +/- 10% (sect. 3 - 3, Frame torque settings).
Removal of the gearbox assembly
Withdraw the selector fork shafts (30).
Move the forks (28) and (29) to disengage them from the slots in the selector
drum (14).
Withdraw the selector drum (16) taking care not to lose shims (31) and (27)
mounted on the shaft. Note that the

Disconnect the connectors (a) and (b) of the tail lights (1) and (13).
Loosen the screws (4) and slide the tail lights (1) and (13) to the rear side;

A key-on can be performed by pressing the red key (6) on
the handlebar in the hands free on/off position and in
the presence of the active key (3, fig. 77).
